EXPERTISE
Research and Impact evidencing for Programming
Support institutions showcase and impact of interventions by building strong evidence of systems, and information management through participatory research. I support the design of impact analysis tools, data collection, analysing, produce impact stories and case studies. I also use internal data to build intelligence for the organization.
Evidencing what works has been less coordinated and many organisations fail to share or showcase how their projects are impacting stakeholders. I use both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Numbers have no meaning without a real-life story. Data informs policy, interventions and where to invest more. No programs can service without showing the case of what they do works. I support your organisation's use of data to help put a strong case for grants and funding
